My new laptop!!


Last month, I ordered a laptop DELL INSPIRON 1440, from your store's website. When it arrived, I discovered that it was defective. The button on/off was damaged, and I can't turn on my new laptop.

I called immediately to the company, and They said me that I have to wait about a week to a product change, and they told me they would send someone to pick up the damaged product.

Indeed, someone came to my house to pick up the product. This person, asked me for the receipt to see if I had paid fot the product and check the date of the guarantee.

A few days later, I had my new laptop entirely in good conditions.

Finally I called again to the company to thank for their good service, and to meet the delivery date of the product.
